Nah, the West Hotel's just got old building vibes. Think creaky floors and maybe some slightly off plumbing – not exactly paranormal activity. Plenty of older hotels in @Hong Kong have that "unsettling" atmosphere; it's just the age and the way they're built. Unless you're super sensitive to that kinda thing, you'll probably be fine. Don't sweat it. Just pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The city's way too exciting to waste time worrying about ghosts!

Hah, the Mid-Levels staircases are a trip! I once stumbled upon a guy practicing Tai Chi...at 3 AM. Completely unexpected, and kinda unnerving in the pre-dawn gloom. Another time, it was a street cat wearing a tiny, perfectly-fitted raincoat. Seriously. No joke. You'll find way more than just tea houses, trust me. Prepare for the unexpected. And maybe bring a flashlight.
