Honestly, the curry rice at the PolyU food court is consistently amazing. It's not some crazy experimental dish, but it's just good. Really good. Properly comforting and hits the spot after a long day of lectures… or conferences, in your case. The portions are huge too, so you get your money's worth. Skip the fancy stuff and go straight for that. You won't regret it.

Failing that, a picture of the menu uploaded to Google Translate's image translation might work, though the accuracy isn't always perfect.
