Union Square Mystery?

fmd_good Union Square

Check out the backstreets around the Quarry Bay MTR station. Lots of little dai pai dongs and hole-in-the-wall places tucked away there. You'll have to do some exploring, but that's half the fun! Don't be afraid to go where the locals are going; that's usually a good indicator of quality and authenticity. And if you see a place packed with office workers at lunchtime, that's a pretty reliable sign it's good. Good luck with the food hunt!
