Yeah, that makes total sense. Sunrise is brutal though, even for me. 9pm sounds much more doable. I was picturing myself sipping cocktails while watching the city lights twinkle...which I guess is way easier to do without the tram chaos. Good call on the street food – I'd completely forgotten about that. Dim sum after a wander around sounds perfect. Thanks!
