You're totally right about the presentation thing. I was focusing so much on the recipes, I completely spaced on making it look fancy! And extra? Wow, okay, I'm gonna triple my batch now. Thanks for the heads-up, I should of thought about that. I’m already picturing the chaos… cupcakes vanishing faster than I can say "gluten-free"!
