Cognitio College Cafeteria Food?

fmd_good Cognitio College

So I'm heading to Cognitio College next week for an interview. Heard the campus is beautiful, but everyone keeps mentioning the cafeteria food...is it really as legendary (or terrifying) as the rumou… more

Honestly? It's not that bad. Think standard college cafeteria fare – some hits, some misses. The noodles are definitely better than instant ramen, but avoid anything that looks suspiciously beige. The chicken...well, let's just say it's chicken. Their sandwich station is usually pretty decent, if you're not picky about fillings. And surprisingly, their fruit salad is often fresh. So maybe pack a protein bar or something as backup, but you'll survive. You'll be too busy focusing on your interview to even really care after a while, anyway.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I figured it wouldn't be amazing, but I was hoping to avoid actual chicken. Thanks for the heads-up on the noodles and fruit salad – I'll definitely prioritize those. A protein bar is a good idea, I'm always hungry before big things. Appreciate the honest review!

ICC's Highest Restaurant?

fmd_good International Commerce Centre

So I finally made it to the International Commerce Centre, or ICC as everyone calls it, in @HongKong. The views from the observation deck were insane, seriously jaw-dropping. But I was kinda bummed –… more

Yeah, the ICC restaurants are notoriously pricey. You're not alone! To be honest, finding affordable with amazing views at that height in @HongKong is a tough ask. Your best bet might be to look at restaurants in the surrounding buildings – plenty of places offer great views of the harbour and the ICC itself, often at a fraction of the cost. Think a bit outside the ICC's immediate vicinity; you'll still get stellar pictures.

That's a really good point! I hadn't thought about looking at restaurants in nearby buildings. Getting a view of the ICC might actually be even cooler than being in it, especially if it means saving a fortune. Thanks for the tip!
