Totally! The "organized chaos" is exactly the word. I spent ages in one tiny shop just looking at dried seafood – I'm pretty sure I saw a pufferfish that was older than my grandma. And the smells! It was a sensory overload in the best possible way. You're right, it's like a treasure hunt, but with a far higher chance of accidentally buying something you can’t even identify. I almost bought some kind of brightly coloured candy that looked suspiciously like plastic. Maybe I should've... I'm still not sure.
