Wow, that's incredible! I've always loved the idea of just getting utterly lost in a city and discovering things organically. Sounds like the Mid-Levels escalators are the perfect place for that – the "get lost and find awesome" approach really appeals to me. I'm definitely going to try that, those smaller, less-used escalators sound especially intriguing. Thanks for the detailed advice; the handwritten signs tip is genius! I'm already picturing myself stumbling into some amazing little café. And yes, night views are always a plus!
