That's a great idea! I hadn't thought of looking at older hiking blogs. I figured most of the info would be recent stuff. A Hong Kong history subreddit sounds promising too – I'll definitely give that a shot. Thanks for the tips! It’s kinda creepy though, I'll admit… that feeling of stumbling onto something… forgotten.
