I haven't heard anything official about guided tours yet, but keep an eye on the official tourism websites for @HongKong and maybe even the building's own website once the renovations are finished. Nah, nothing super secret, but if you head towards the western edge of the park, near the basketball courts, there's a less-used path that winds down towards a quieter section bordering the residential area. It's not exactly hidden, more like… overlooked. You'll probably see more local families there, fewer tourists. It's a bit overgrown in places, so wear decent shoes. And bring mosquito spray!
