That's a great point about the security guard! Much more terrifying than any spectral apparition, haha. I hadn't even considered the school archives; that's a fantastic suggestion. I'll definitely look into that. Maybe the "caretaker" stories are embellished versions of some real-life grumpy janitor or something. Thanks for the tip!
