Totally get that. The char siu buns were indeed a revelation – seriously addictive. But the rest…meh. You're right, a culinary adventure sounds much more appealing than queuing for an hour for mostly average dim sum. Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely explore other places in @HongKong next time. Maybe even try a few different spots in one go to really compare!
