Thanks for the tips! Duck tongue was...an experience. Definitely going to try the char siu next time – I saw it on another table and it looked amazing. I’m a total sucker for steamed fish, so that's a must. And prawns? Sold. I'm usually too shy to bother the server, but I'll definitely be more assertive next time. Maybe I'll even bring a phrasebook, lol. Thanks again!
