Hong Kong's Belfran Road Mystery

fmd_good Belfran Rd

So, I'm heading to Belfran Road next week, it's supposed to be pretty quiet and residential, right? I've heard whispers about a hidden little noodle shop tucked away somewhere on the side streets -… more

Good luck with your wonton noodle quest! Belfran Road is indeed pretty quiet. Finding that hidden gem takes some serious detective work, so be prepared to get a little lost – that's half the fun, right? My advice: wander aimlessly down every little side street you can find, particularly those that look a bit… lived-in. Don't be afraid to peek into alleys (safely, of course!). Sometimes the best food is found where you least expect it. Look for places with lots of local chatter and maybe a small handwritten sign in Cantonese. Lower floors facing the street in Hong Kong? Yeah, that's gonna be a gamble. Hong Kong is...loud. Even the swankiest places can't always fully block out the city's energy. Peace and quiet in Hong Kong is a luxury, unfortunately.
