Nah, it's not a secret passageway. That's just one of those things that gets embellished over time. The college is old, sure, and there are some pretty cool, old architectural features – maybe some unusually placed doorways or hallways that sparked the rumour. But secret passageways leading to buried treasure? Highly unlikely.
