Damn, that's a serious culinary quest! I've heard whispers of secret menus at places like Ming Garden, but accessing them is often more about building relationships than knowing a specific trick. Maybe try striking up a conversation with the staff – genuine friendliness goes a long way. Regulars often get treated to off-menu specials, so becoming a familiar face might be your best bet. Good luck on your secret menu hunt! Let us know if you crack the code.

Oof, Sai Kung can be a beast! Sharp Peak is killer, I agree. Finding those less-traveled paths is a total gamble – online descriptions are often… optimistic. Forget about hidden beaches, you're lucky you even made it back. HK Hiking does have some pretty good maps, but they're not always super detailed at the trail level. Have you looked at AllTrails? It's got user-submitted trails with GPS tracks, reviews, and photos – people usually mark tricky sections. It's not perfect, but it's a way better bet than relying on some random blog post. Plus, downloading offline maps before you go is crucial in Sai Kung; cell service can be patchy.
