Check out the little alleyways off King's Road. There's a bunch of tiny, family-run places crammed in there. You'll probably find something amazing – maybe not explicitly advertised as a cafe, more like a hole-in-the-wall joint with a few tables outside. Look for places where the locals are hanging out; that's usually a good sign. Seriously, just wander around a bit – you'll stumble on something cool. Hong Kong's best kept secrets are often the least obvious ones. Good luck with your hunt!

Honestly, just wander. Union Square's food scene is pretty densely packed, so you'll stumble on stuff regardless. Don't overthink it. Look for places with long queues of locals – that's usually a good sign. And don't be afraid to try something you've never heard of! That's half the fun. You'll probably find some stuff you love and some you don't... that's just part of the adventure. Have a blast!
