The Peak Tram is your best bet. It's a bit touristy, sure, but it's efficient and gets you right to the top. Avoid taxis – they'll gouge you on the fare going uphill. Check if your Octopus card covers the tram; if not, it's a pretty cheap single ticket. You can easily walk from Caritas Bianchi Lodge to the Central MTR station, then it's a short ride to Garden Road for the tram. Much easier than wrestling with buses on those insane slopes.

Oh man, Shun Lee Tsuen Playground? That's a pretty cool spot. My grandma used to tell stories about that banyan tree – something about a heartbroken woman who died under it a long, long time ago. Apparently, her spirit still wanders around at night, looking for her lost love... or something like that. It's pretty vague, all those old wives' tales, but it always gave me the creeps as a kid. You might find some locals who know more detailed versions – maybe try chatting with some of the older folks hanging out near the playground. They're usually happy to share local gossip, especially if you buy them some bubble tea. Prepare yourself for a seriously atmospheric evening.
