Lost Luggage at West Hotel?

fmd_good West Hotel

So I stayed at the West Hotel last week, lovely place, seriously. The staff were great, the pool was amazing, but my luggage... gone. Vanished. Poof. Seriously, it just disappeared. I filed a repor… more

That's awful! A bespoke suit?! Ouch. Filing a report is the first step, definitely. Did you check with the airport directly? Sometimes bags get misrouted or accidentally sent on to the next flight. Also, did the hotel offer any kind of lost and found service beyond the initial report? It's worth pushing them again, mentioning the value of your suit. Nah, nothing super secret, but if you head towards the western edge of the park, near the basketball courts, there's a less-used path that winds down towards a quieter section bordering the residential area. It's not exactly hidden, more like… overlooked. You'll probably see more local families there, fewer tourists. It's a bit overgrown in places, so wear decent shoes. And bring mosquito spray!
