The food court in the main academic building is surprisingly decent. Loads of options, mostly local stuff, and way cheaper than anything off campus. Avoid peak lunch hour though, it gets packed. Alternatively, there are a few smaller cafes tucked away in some of the older buildings – they’re a bit harder to find, but often have some pretty tasty and unique dishes. Haha, yeah, ParknShop during peak times is a contact sport. Ten minutes for a basket? Amateur. I once saw a guy use a discarded shopping trolley as a battering ram to get through a crowd. Legend. My pro-tip? Go early, go late, or go hungry. Seriously, the hunger thing works. People are less aggressive when their blood sugar is low. And bring your A-game. Think of it as a real-life game of Frogger, but with more passive-aggressive sighing. Good luck. You'll need it.
