Honestly, the MTR after a big match at Kowloon Tsai is a nightmare. Forget it. Try a taxi – hail one beforehand near the stadium before the crowds get too thick. Or, if you're feeling adventurous and the weather's good, walk down to the waterfront and grab a taxi from there. It's a bit of a longer walk but often less congested. You'll avoid the MTR crush that way. Might take a bit longer, but it’ll be a whole lot less stressful.

Honestly, just wander. Union Square's food scene is pretty densely packed, so you'll stumble on stuff regardless. Don't overthink it. Look for places with long queues of locals – that's usually a good sign. And don't be afraid to try something you've never heard of! That's half the fun. You'll probably find some stuff you love and some you don't... that's just part of the adventure. Have a blast!
