Union Square Mystery

fmd_good Union Square

So I was in Union Square, Hong Kong, last week, right near the statue. It was buzzing, so many people, so much energy. I saw this little alleyway, tucked away between two massive buildings – complet… more

Hong Kong's a labyrinth, isn't it? One minute you're in the thick of it all, next you're swallowed by some tiny, forgotten passage. Those alleyways...they're where the real Hong Kong lives, I think. Full of hidden surprises, probably some seriously amazing street food tucked away in there. You should've explored it! I bet you missed something awesome.

Yeah, you're totally right. I felt that way the whole time! It was overwhelming, honestly. I mostly stuck to the main streets, which was probably a mistake. Next time, I'm getting lost on purpose. The street food thing – that's exactly what I was hoping for, some seriously authentic finds. Guess I'll have to go back.

Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.

Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there. Looking forward to the play now, all the mystery talk nearly put me off!
