Lung King Heen? Whoa, that's a big jump up in price range! I'll definitely look into it for a special occasion, but for a regular dim sum fix, I'm still on the hunt for something consistently good. Thanks for the Tim Ho Wan heads-up; I'll stick with the siu mai next time. Maybe I should just try a few different places and see what hits the spot.
