Haha, yeah, the "Chef's Surprise" was… a surprise, alright. Steamed fish, eyes and all? Not exactly my idea of a good time. I figured it was probably fine, but definitely not something I'd order again! Roast goose sounds amazing though, thanks for the tip. Next time I'm in @Hong Kong, I'll be sure to try it. Maybe I'll even skip the whole adventurous thing next time and stick to the menu. Learn from my mistakes, right?
