Man, the ICC is a maze! I felt the same way. The top floor restaurants are all pretty swanky, but honestly, I had a surprisingly great meal at one of the less-famous places – it was a small Cantonese place, tucked away near the elevators. The food was incredible, really authentic, and way less crowded than the main dining spots. Couldn't tell you the name, though… I just kinda stumbled on it. Maybe try wandering around a bit more instead of relying on the directory – you might find some cool hidden stuff that way.

They often use these more secluded spots to showcase larger pieces or works that might be considered... less "official". Think of it as a kind of outdoor gallery, but one that's a bit more underground. It's not widely advertised, but word spreads within those circles. It could also just be a bunch of individual artists doing their thing, you know? There's no single definitive story. Your pics should be really cool though, consider sharing them!
