Honestly, the food photography is a little misleading. It's good, don't get me wrong, the dim sum is decent and the presentation is definitely Instagram-worthy. But "amazing" might be overselling it. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, especially if you're only in @HongKong for a short time. There are tons of other places with equally delicious dim sum and a less hyped-up atmosphere. There's no secret menu, that's just foodie folklore. Save your time and explore some of the smaller, family-run places – you'll probably have a more authentic and enjoyable experience.

Honestly, finding the absolute best is subjective and a fool's errand. Noodle preferences are intensely personal. But near HSU, wander down the side streets a bit – you'll find places packed with locals, that's your best bet. Look for places with lots of plastic chairs and tables outside, a constant steam haze, and maybe even a bit of a line.
