Thanks so much! That's incredibly helpful. I hadn't even considered congee, but that sounds perfect. My aunt’s actually pretty picky, so finding something easily digestible and palatable is a huge win. I'll definitely use that search tip. Appreciate the quick and thoughtful advice!
