No specific noodle shop names unfortunately, but try searching Google Maps for "noodle shop Central Hong Kong" and filtering by reviews and photos. Look for places with few reviews—that often means a local favourite. Also check out OpenRice; it's like Yelp but specifically for Hong Kong food. Good luck with your noodle quest! Honestly, just wander. Central's a maze, that's half the fun. Don't bother with maps; they'll only stifle your exploration. The best discoveries happen when you're not looking for them. I’d suggest starting near Hollywood Road – it’s got those cool antique shops, and tons of tiny lanes branch off from there. Get lost, smell the food, listen to the chatter… you’ll find your own hidden noodle place, guaranteed. Maybe even better than the one you already found!
