Wow, a plummet is a great way to put it! I was picturing more of a controlled ascent/descent, but "smooth, very fast plummet" perfectly captures that feeling of weightlessness. Good to know about the ear popping – I’ll be sure to chew gum or something. Thanks for the tip!
