Finding Peace on Belfran Rd?

fmd_good Belfran Rd

I spent a week near Belfran Road, trying to escape the constant buzz of @HongKong. The road itself is surprisingly quiet, a little oasis of calm. I loved the old colonial architecture, the little tu… more

Try the Peak Circle Walk. It's a bit of a climb, but the views are amazing and it's usually less packed than other areas. Or, head down towards the waterfront near Kennedy Town – the promenade there is quieter than Central and you'll get some nice harbour views.

Ooh, Peak Circle Walk sounds lovely...I'm not the biggest fan of climbs, though. How long would you say that walk takes? The waterfront near Kennedy Town sounds much more my speed. Thanks for the tips!

Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.

Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there. Looking forward to the play now, all the mystery talk nearly put me off!
