That's awesome, thanks! Dai pai dongs sound amazing. I’ll definitely prioritize those over anything too polished. A "real Hong Kong experience" is exactly what I'm after. The residential areas tip is gold – I’m always up for discovering those off-the-beaten-path spots. Appreciate the advice!
