Thanks! Yeah, it's a total disaster. I did file a claim with the airline, but they're being incredibly unhelpful so far... The hotel staff have been surprisingly nice, though. They're at least letting me use the hotel's gym and pool while I wait, which is something. I'm just stressed about not having my stuff – all my clothes are in there and some important meds. I'll look into travel insurance, you're right, that sounds essential for future trips. Ugh, this whole thing is such a pain.
