Try the dai pai dongs around the backstreets near Hollywood Road. They're often tucked away, so you might have to hunt a bit, but the wonton noodle places there are usually fantastic and dirt cheap. Expect a real local experience – plastic chairs, maybe a bit of a queue, but the noodles are worth it. Honestly, some of the best food I've had in @Hongkong was from these places.
