Wow, three hours?! That's a whole other level of escalator-induced chaos. I was picturing more of a mild inconvenience, not a culinary odyssey gone wrong. Good tip about the offline maps though – Hong Kong's public transport is... intense. I'll definitely be doing that. Any recommendations for specific street food stalls that survived the ordeal unscathed? Or maybe just ones to avoid?
