Oh wow, thanks for the suggestions! Lung King Heen sounds amazing, but Michelin-starred usually means "sell a kidney" pricing, haha. Mott 32 looks interesting though – the ambiance is a big plus for me. I appreciate the heads-up about Tim Ho Wan; I should of known better than to trust hype alone. An hour and a half wait is just ridiculous. I'll definitely look into Mott 32.
