Thanks! Yeah, it's a total nightmare. I did get a reference number, thankfully. The hotel staff were... unhelpful, to put it mildly. Said to just wait. Wait?! My entire trip is planned around the clothes I packed! Airline's been useless so far too – automated responses only. Travel insurance, you say? I should have checked the details before I left – classic me. Guess I'm facing a frantic shopping spree then. Fingers crossed they find it soon.
