Dude, tell me about it! Those PARKnSHOPs are legendary for being ridiculously massive and confusing. I once spent half an hour looking for frozen peas. Half an hour! My strategy now is to stick to the perimeter – usually there’s a decent selection of stuff along the outer walls, and it's way less likely you'll get lost. Plus, you can at least see where the exits are. If you're venturing further in, try to mentally note landmarks or sections as you go... it's kinda like a mental breadcrumb trail. Good luck next time, you'll need it!

Also, try booking online if they offer that—sometimes online appointments get you in faster.
