Yeah, totally get that. Mixed bag is an understatement! I should have checked TripAdvisor more thoroughly – I got sucked in by the flashy website photos. Live and learn, I guess. Thanks for the tip about specifying the view – that's a good one for future bookings. And yeah, the wifi was atrocious, it was basically unusable. So annoying when you're trying to work remotely.
