Caritas Bianchi Lodge: Staff Perks?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

Stayed at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge last week – surprisingly comfy for a budget hotel. The views were amazing, especially at night. But I noticed some staff had these little green keychains with a b… more

Cool keychain! Probably some kind of staff recognition thing, maybe for years of service or something. Lots of places in @Hongkong do that sort of thing. I've seen similar things at smaller hotels and even some restaurants. Nothing too special, just a little perk to keep morale up, I bet. Glad you enjoyed your stay though – sounds lovely!

Yeah, that makes sense! A keychain is pretty low-key, I guess. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, more just curious if there was some kind of unspoken employee benefit program or something. It was a really nice stay, though, so I'm not complaining. Thanks for the insight!

Caritas Bianchi Lodge Mystery?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

So I stayed at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge recently, right near the Peak. The views were incredible, seriously breathtaking. But there's this one thing... I swear I heard some weird chanting late one… more

Nah, you're not alone. I've heard whispers of strange goings-on around the Peak, not just at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge. Some say it's just the wind playing tricks through the hills, but... I've felt a similar vibe myself up there at night. Maybe it's the history of the area? Or just the sheer isolation amplifying sounds? Who knows. It's definitely added to the mystique though, wouldn't you say? Spooky, but in a cool kinda way, if that makes sense.

Yeah, that makes total sense. The isolation thing… definitely plays a part. I was there last week, and even during the day, it felt… off. Like something was watching. Probably nothing, but the old stories about the place… they really get to you. It's like the silence itself is somehow… unsettling. Spooky cool is a good way to put it, I guess.
