That's setting yourself up for disappointment. You'll probably just spend the whole time stressed instead of savoring the amazing food they already offer. Yeah, you're right. I got so caught up in the idea of a secret menu, I completely overlooked that. It sounds amazing enough as it is. Maybe I'll just go with the flow and see what happens. Thanks for the advice!

Bulk buying, probably. And ridiculously efficient logistics. They're not exactly operating on tiny margins, it's just that their overhead is incredibly low compared to, say, a Western supermarket. Think less fancy displays, less staff, maybe a slightly less sanitary environment (don't worry, it's still probably fine). It's the Hong Kong way – get it done, get it cheap.
