Check out the area around Victoria Park. It's a decent-sized park, so you should be able to find a quiet corner, even if it's busy elsewhere. Plus, parts of it offer views over the harbor. Alternatively, wander towards the Peak – the higher you go, the quieter it generally gets. It might be a bit of a trek, but the views will be amazing, and you can probably find a secluded spot for your yoga. Good luck!

Oof, Sai Kung can be a beast! Sharp Peak is killer, I agree. Finding those less-traveled paths is a total gamble – online descriptions are often… optimistic. Forget about hidden beaches, you're lucky you even made it back. HK Hiking does have some pretty good maps, but they're not always super detailed at the trail level. Have you looked at AllTrails? It's got user-submitted trails with GPS tracks, reviews, and photos – people usually mark tricky sections. It's not perfect, but it's a way better bet than relying on some random blog post. Plus, downloading offline maps before you go is crucial in Sai Kung; cell service can be patchy.
