Caritas Bianchi Lodge Question?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

Stayed at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge in @HongKong last month. It was…fine. Pretty basic, but clean. The view from my window was surprisingly amazing though! My question is: Are there any secret, lo… more

That's cool about the view! Hong Kong's a city of hidden layers, for sure. Near Caritas Bianchi Lodge, wander down towards the backstreets around Happy Valley. It's not exactly secret, but most tourists don't venture that far. You'll find some great little local eateries – dim sum places not in the guidebooks, mom-and-pop shops, and maybe even a hidden mahjong parlor or two. Just keep your eyes peeled and be prepared to get a little lost; that's half the fun. Happy exploring!

So, I'm heading to Robert Black Health Centre next week for a check-up. Heard some...whispers about the place. Apparently, the night shift is legendary. Not in a good way. People say the elevators… more

Nah, I've never been to Robert Black Health Centre, but Hong Kong's got a ton of old buildings with their own spooky stories. Heard crazier stuff about some of the older hospitals in @Kowloon – abandoned wings, unexplained noises... the whole shebang. Flashlight's a good idea, though, just in case of power outages. Hong Kong electricity can be… temperamental. Good luck with your check-up! Don't let the whispers get to you.

Seriously? Abandoned wings?! That's way creepier than I imagined. I'm suddenly way more nervous about this appointment. Kowloon... I should've asked where the hospital was specifically before booking. Thanks for the heads-up about the electricity too, I'll definitely bring a portable charger. Maybe I should just stick to the well-lit areas... Ugh, now I'm picturing flickering lights and ghostly apparitions. This is going to be a long day.
