Honestly? Sai Kung keeps its secrets well. Most of the "secret" beaches are only accessible by kayak or a pretty serious hike – and even then, you might find someone else there. Your best bet is to just explore the coastline once you're in the park; wander off the main paths a bit (safely, of course!), look for little coves. Don't expect total solitude, but you'll definitely find spots less busy than the popular ones. Pack water, snacks, and proper hiking boots though. It's not a walk in the park... literally.
