Yeah, it really does suck. They did give me a case number, thankfully. I'm just worried sick about it – it had all my stuff for a business trip. Another hotel?! That's wild. I'll definitely check back with lost and found later. You're right, the view is amazing, but I'd trade the view for my luggage any day haha. Thanks for the advice and the well wishes!
