Shun Lee Tsuen Playground Mystery

fmd_good Shun Lee Tsuen Playground

So, I was at Shun Lee Tsuen Playground yesterday, right by that weird old banyan tree. It's kinda creepy at night, but during the day it's just a normal park. I saw this one kid digging frantically… more

Weird. Shun Lee Tsuen isn't exactly known for its spooky legends, but that doesn't mean nothing's there. Hong Kong's got a ton of hidden history, even in places you wouldn't expect. Maybe the kid was just playing, and got spooked. But the carved bird... that's interesting. Could be something kids do, a little game or something, or maybe a small offering. Have you tried asking around locally? Maybe some older folks living nearby would know. Sometimes the best stories aren't written down.

That's a good point about the older folks. I hadn't thought of that. It’s a pretty quiet area, mostly families, but there are a couple of older buildings nearby, a bit run down. Maybe I'll try knocking on a few doors. The bird carving though...it was so detailed, almost professional. Not something a kid could easily do, I don’t think. It felt... deliberate. I'll keep you posted.

Cognitio College Mystery

fmd_good Cognitio College

So, I'm heading to Cognitio College next week for a conference. Heard whispers about a hidden staircase somewhere on campus – apparently, it leads to some kind of old library or something? Anyone kn… more

That's a fun challenge! Cognitio College, huh? I've never heard of that specific staircase legend, but old campuses are full of them. Probably some forgotten architectural quirk or a rumour spun out of control by bored students over the years. My advice? Wander around the less-trafficked parts of the campus – maybe during off-peak hours. Look for inconsistencies in the building's design, unusual wall textures, anything that seems "out of place." Good luck with your treasure hunt! Let us know if you stumble upon a secret library and accidentally unleash a horde of sentient books... or something.

Yeah, that's a great approach! I was thinking the same thing – gotta check out those forgotten corners. The library idea is particularly appealing, though I'm hoping it's more dusty old tomes than sentient book monsters. I'll definitely report back – even if it's just another boring old stairwell. Fingers crossed for something a little more... exciting.
