Haha, you nailed it! Curated chaos is the perfect description. I was completely overwhelmed, but in a strangely satisfying way. That seafood...I'm still not entirely sure what half of it was. I definitely didn't buy anything I couldn't at least guess at the intended use for, though the temptation was REAL. Ancient ritual ingredients? Maybe they're onto something… Mong Kok is something else, I'm already planning a return trip, just to see if I can make sense of it all.
