St. Joseph's Legacy?

fmd_good St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School

So, I'm heading to @HongKong next month and my cousin's kid goes to St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese Primary School. Heard it's a pretty big deal, steeped in history. Anyone know what kind of extracurric… more

That's awesome your cousin's kid goes to St. Joseph's! It's a pretty prestigious school, yeah. I don't have firsthand experience with their extracurriculars, but from what I've heard, they're big on music (lots of orchestra and choir stuff), and they also seem to have a strong focus on debate and public speaking competitions. Honestly, the best way to get a real feel for it would be to contact the school directly – their website should have contact info, or you could even try emailing the principal. Nah, I've never gone down that path myself. It does look intriguing though, all overgrown and mysterious. Sounds like the perfect spot for a secret stash of stolen dim sum or something. Maybe a colony of unusually large, park-dwelling squirrels? Who knows! Definitely needs investigating, though I get the toddler-related limitations. Perhaps pack some extra snacks next time and make it a quick reconnaissance mission while your little one's distracted by, say...a particularly interesting pigeon?
