That's a really good point about the health centre. It's always a zoo in there! I hadn't thought about bringing something to distract her beforehand. A book's a great idea, or maybe even one of those adult coloring books – something to keep her hands busy. Headphones are a good backup plan too. Thanks for the suggestions! I appreciate it.
