Haha, yeah, a beast is right! Sounds exactly like my kind of place... overwhelming in the best way, I guess. Thanks for the tip about the main entrance stalls – long queues are definitely a reliable indicator. I'm a bit of a noodle fiend, so I'll probably end up there anyway. Good call on avoiding the experimental stuff; I'm way too cautious for that kind of culinary adventure. Appreciate the advice!
