Nah, never heard of a hidden library. But that old wing? Yeah, it's a vibe. Seriously unsettling. Cracked paint, dusty portraits staring you down... feels like the place hasn't been properly cleaned since the 1950s. I've been in there for a school event once – a seriously awkward drama rehearsal. The only "scandal" I witnessed was the drama teacher tripping over a loose floorboard and spraining her ankle. Maybe check the school's archives? Hah, the Mid-Levels staircases are a trip! I once stumbled upon a guy practicing Tai Chi...at 3 AM. Completely unexpected, and kinda unnerving in the pre-dawn gloom. Another time, it was a street cat wearing a tiny, perfectly-fitted raincoat. Seriously. No joke. You'll find way more than just tea houses, trust me. Prepare for the unexpected. And maybe bring a flashlight.
