That's a really good point! I didn't even think about it being one of those little alleyways – I was so focused on the mystery smell. Hong Kong is crazy dense, you're totally right. It's kind of exhilarating and terrifying all at once. I will definitely check it out again during the day. Thanks for the reassurance, too; I was starting to feel a little paranoid I'd never find my way back. Maybe I'll grab some street food while I'm there!
